There is the same problem with loss of focus when you delete headers with ctrl+del or ctrl+shift+del. Also if you isolate a group of headers in the window with quick filter, and then download them all so the window is empty (Saving Attachments>Delete headers checked), and then press "Clear"...

Well, I've just created two new instances of UE, setting up the group as respectively msg-id direct, and compact binary. I can't reproduce the problem here. So there must be some corruption in the database or something in the other instance.
