Re: Another new obfuscation method for unpacked files?

Maybe the rename option can be enforced. In Save/Unpack "Derive from nzb collection name" so it always names the output what the NZBs name is?

Just an idea.

Another new obfuscation method for unpacked files?

After unpack I get the files separated in a correctly named folder.
But the MKV inside has a cryptic name. Any chance to force name the unpacked files to the name of the NZB? Example attached.

Re: Improvement: Add password to searched and queued downloa

I think I'm an idiot. This already works in UE.

Search for stuff -> Press ALT+D
-> Stuff get's queued. It's highlighted in the queue. Then I can simply right click and add the password.

Improvement: Add password to searched and queued downloads

Hello, using the built in search workflow for encrypted and password protected posts works like this. 1. Search 2. ALT+D to download. 3. Wait for it to show up in task manager, right click -> enter password for unpacking. 4. If you download many of these, it's confusing because you either wait for t...

NZB Monkey Functionality built in UE

Do you know this tool? https://nzblnk.info/nzb-monkey/ Many forums provide an easy way now with NZB Links. Since UE has it's own search engine, it would be cool to make use of this functionality. Right now I download the NZB's and then have them moved to the import folder with Belvedere. Maybe it's ...

Re: Auto delete save folder (remove directory) when empty

I'd like to get this very old topic back to the top. I'm in the same situation. Many empty folders that do not get deleted.

Multi-Threaded operation possible?

Todays systems are pretty fast, like using NVMe drives, fast CPU's etc. However, it seems UE doesn't fully utilize all the available resources. For example, if something unrars, no files are getting saved. The unrar is also not super fast (130MB/sec disk use, 40% CPU usage in my case). Are there any...

Very strange effect: Download doesn't complete 100%

Hello,
I currently have the problem that downloads never finish 100%. UE sits there, I see that last couple of articles sitting in the task manager. Bandwidth usage is 0. Then I end UE, restart it and the last couple of articles get downloaded immediately. I can't explain why this is happening.

Re: Unrar to subdir-> From nzb collection name

You basically have the option already. "Unrar to subdir" then relative folder, Derive Name.

Maybe a checkbox "derive name of unpacked file from NZB file".
If it is possible.

Unrar to subdir-> From nzb collection name

Hi,
this works very well. Great feature. I was wondering if it was possible to unpack the RAR file and derive it's name from the NZB file also? I have a neatly named folder, but inside is a "sdfchsadhj23h.mkv" or something. Would be great to have the option.
