Yes, I had a post with the character 'â' in it which UE changed to 'Ô'. The .NFO stayed in the original directory but the extracted files appeared in a new directory with the changed character.

Avast is throwing the error. Does UE still crash with Avast temporarily disabled? If it doesn't crash then, maybe you could add UE to the list of exceptions since we all know it's safe. You can always manually scan each updated UE.exe once after you've extracted it just to keep your mind at ease.

In cases like these, I cancel (ESC) then select one of the headers and copy (CTRL+C). When I go to download and save, I paste (CTRL+V) the whole header previously copied then I edit as I want it.
