One of the components for the ISP is faulty and needs to be swapped out. Downtime should be approximately an hour from this posting.

i'll take the opportunity to defragment the hard drive (didn't defragment since August, 2007
).
if by the time the service is not restored i'll run the server in the backup configuration.

The new component is replaced. Configuration just needs to be completed.

after running until now the connection problem recurred, until it is fixed (should be fixed tomorrow) the server will run in the 140 day backup configuration using another server location.
