cant connect to search

hello,

I cant connect to the search UE returns with the following msg

"Search failed on all servers (configuration ok). A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or"

any advice?
win10pro, defender initially ON and tried by disabling it but it does not help.
