npr39reg.zip-> newsproextractor-> newspro.exe 3.8.1

After downloading the npr39reg.zip and extracting the files
I discover that the newsproextractor contains the old 3.8.1 exe
I checked the trial version and this one is ok.

I have noticed the registered version is at V3.8.1 as well, however the date/timestamp is newer.

However, after installing the "new" version, it keeps prompting you to upgrade to 3.9.

Just delete the old newspro.exe and re-extract the file.

So what ? the extracet version is still 3.8.1

I know i fixed it about half a day ago, should be no problem now, the time stamp of NewsProExtractor.exe in zip should be Jun, 1 11:23am
Just last months I was busy with UE code and there the package creation is more automatic and I didn't move files from one place to another.
