Total header count for a folder?

Does a method (other than manually counting) exist to find out how many headers a Folder, and all newsgroups within that folder, contains?
I know once you open the folder you can select all topics and get a topic count. I was just wondering if there was a method of getting the header total count.
EDIT: meant this in support, but if it doesn't exist, I guess it can stay here
