Hi I'm trying to reinstall Newspro after reinstalling XP. But the regkey wont work, keeps saying mistyped even though I've pasted it from the original email.

What can I do aboout this?

send email with your order details (like email addr in the order and i'll resend the key). nothing should be wrong with the original email since the key couldn't be disabled in the software.
