Pause button isn't working for me

Hi,
I tried to get the bandwith limiter in task settings to work but ut seems the pause button isn't responding when pressed. I checked that the scheduler isn't active. So what could be the problem?
I really like to get this to work , else i have to set the bandwidth limit manually every time (that IS working in UE :O) )
