Do you know any way to specify a kill/filtering rules that work on the contents of the post ?
for exemple, i want to filter so I will no see any post that contain a certin type of attachments (name or extension of files)

is that possible ?

Headers don't contain data about the content of the post, you can only use the information about the content based on the post subject.
