Newspro error

Hoi yesterday i install the latets update, and prompt i got the message
bud e few moments before the old version was running like hell.
what is going wrong??
i remove the new one also cleaning the register bud when i try
to instal the V 3.75 i got the same reuslts en on the end newspro is not working in Holland wy say

Somebody on line who can help my to solve this problem ??????
