UE3510R32 internal error (7C81EB33/E06D7363)

Post by Stoker »

Hello Alex,

I've been getting the "UE3510R32 internal error (7C81EB33/E06D7363) Not enough storage is available to process this command. (8)" for a few days and have been unable to solve the problem. I have tried several things including assuring that all my newsgroups are compact binary, increased the "Header tasks > limit RAM" usage to 300MB, and increased the available database size to 45GB. The database has over 12GB free. The problem occurs on both a Windows XP and a Windows 7 system. The XP system has 2GB memory and the Win7 system has 4GB memory. It occurs with the same newsgroup on both machines. I'm using Astraweb as my news server. Could this be a news server side problem? Any ideas?

In the status bar what is allocated/reserved database memory stated around the time it crashes?

If it is 64 bit system just run 64 bit version.

32 bit windows has a limit, I think the maximum size windows can allocate around 1.4GB.

Scroll the group maybe there is a large spam batch, purge those headers, when many header entries it takes a lot of memory. You can also limit the group retention, RAM consumption is more or less proportional to the number of newsgroup entries.
