forum has been restored from backup

it appears due to security problem with phpbb published Feb 27 the forum has been vandalized, so i had to restore it from backup. since nothing like that had happened in the past i only had backup from february, but anyway it will suffice since we didn't have high activity recently so it contains the main bulk of information.
