Permanent filters and related

i'm now starting implementing permanent filters; initial filters; kill filters; watch/auto.
progress ok.

estimated release date - July, 25 (i'll amend it if it will be different, just a lot of work).
there will be another release where necessary refinements as to filters may be made.
then if all goes as planned i won't be here for about 2 weeks.
also i created a working sample how to integrate all docking bars so they will be like toolbar, i may add it sooner or later.

it looks like i've finished the coding of everything filter related, so maybe tomorrow i'll be able to publish it as planned.

so i'll make a release today as v1.09, with some unrelated to filters to do list here left, the idea is to get some feedback and finalize all filter related in v1.1 shortly. as you see it took some time but as you will see shortly it is some piece of work too.

i don't see any filter related crashes, so if it goes like that it means we'll have v1.1 release soon (i have few other non-related things to check/add).
