i had to recently format my drive so i lost my serial number...where can i get my new one from......

You could mail Alex, but he's on holliday right now.

Did you make a backup of your drive before formatting?
If you did, you may be able to browse it and recover your database folder and/or email.

maybe still send a mail to the support.

I think somebody is still looking at that mail (who i think is Serge).
