I seem to have lost my task manager window and I can't get it back from any of the menu options. Anyone know how to do this?

File->Default toolbar->Task manager, assuming you've missed this one. Maybe you were trying to use View->Docking task manager instead?

I've done that too. if you click on the "x" for the task manager or workspace, it needs to be reopened via the menu.
