Tasks - Finish all tasks and exit Adjustment needed?

I noticed today if we are pausing download of Par2 files (New Par2 pause button Ver 1.2.7) UE does not close and exit when tasks are complete? Tasks>Finish all tasks and exit
I understand that technically UE is not done.
Should UE be modified to ignore paused Par2 files, and allow it to close when this option is selected?
