Mouse Wheel scrolling

NewsPro should respect the wheel settings specified in the Window's Control Panel. I have my mouse wheel set to scroll 10 lines at a time. (a page at a time is too fast and one at a time is too slow.)

It is not one at a time - three at a time. I tried to change it to default but it was the gravest mistake - I found out that almost all users prefer to scroll page at a time irrespective of mouse wheel settings (it was the original behaviour) - e.g. for source code editors several lines scroll seems to be better, but for header lists page at a time is the best. Still I could add the number of lines to scroll (but 3 looks not so bad, with 10 it will be more jumpy). Now when shift is pressed it works in the opposite way as to defined in properties->general, mouse wheel scrolls...

I wasn't aware of the shift key modifier. That makes it work close enough to what I wanted.
Thanks!
