I'd really like to be able to filter out posts from servers that have exceeded their bandwidth.

I could do it manually, that is true. But it would be a nice feature I think. To have on the filter tab "Server" "Has available bandwidth".

Then as servers max out, the article list would be updated to show only articles that I can currently get.

What do you think?

it is not a problem to mark for download articles on maxed servers, newspro will wait until when they become available again (if you set exceeding download limit in properties->general). if you have several good servers usually headers are the same within the common retention range.

i'll check such questions some time later, it is needed to analyze performance impact and the picture may be different in the near future (towards the better) so we'll see then.
