Font Size

I am embarassed in having to ask this question because I should know the answer. 
I recently purchased a new LCD flat panel monitor replacing my old 17" CRT. As a rule I ran the CRT at an 800 x 600 resolution. The new monitor is running at 1152 x 864 and optimally can run at 1280 x 1024.
When I open UE the fonts in the tree view and in the header window are very small. Is there a way that I can change the font size to accomadate my clearly aging eyes? If not is there a way to open UE at a lower resolution?
As I said above I should know this.
