Are the servers down? I keep getting a 10054 error when I try to connect to ueservice.dyndns.org using UE 1.91

no, the server was up but slow. i restarted it. i reduced retention one day because of increased volume and average length of subject. the server computer will be soon (probably next week) replaced with twice more RAM (4 to 8GB), so i'll give more reserve space then instead of running near the limit.

headers are up to date.
