Why do some have the ???? or ?? and some dont? I thought it might have meant one server saw the article as incomplete, but that wasnt the case.

the message was posted with power post, the question signs are default there, they are supposed to be replaced with something else by the person who made the post. power post allows all kinds of invalid subjects, i fixed it in my modification of power post (build 3) i made 1.5 year ago when i added yenc there but in the original version and in other modifications it is like it was.
