XPAT searches and Properties>servers>suppress geheader

This is just a question not a feature request.
It seems that the XPAT request is only searching newserver that have "suppress get headers on" NOT selected (i.e. no S under Msg ID direct).
Am I correct ?
Thanks

as a matter of fact yes, since newspro doesn't download headers from servers where it is supressed, although in theory it could be easily changed to exclude xpat groups.

why not make this default then..... normally when doing a search, you want to find everything... the supress getting headers should be ignored when doing a xpat search because with xpat you specifically tell newspro to GET the headers you want......
Now i have to manually override this setting everytime i make a xpat search. I have some servers on supress headers.... but when doing a xpat search i have to manually Deselect it.
Please make it default that a xpat group SHOULD search on all servers connected in this xpat group. If someone really does not want to search on this server, he/she could remove ONLY this server from this group.
The magic becomes available WHEN newspro can be defined PER group. Ex:
Some groups are small enough to get ALL headers on ALL servers, but because there is one overall setting for all groups. i have to manually finetune each group if i want to get some headers. So i want all headers from small groups but exclude some servers on BIG groups.
IF newspro can be configured sothat every group has it's own server settings than this would be ultimate !!... you did this for retention/last headers per server etc per group. Why not define the server settings per group also ? the possibilities are endless !

In my opinion this is a perfect feature. I only do expat search and want to get headers from some selected servers. But after getting the headers in the xpat search, I want to get messages from a huge number of servers.
By removing the servers, as Alex sugesstes with version 3.6, Ik cannot do this.
Therefore I cannot use version 3.6
An option in properties --> general could do the trick:
check if suppress headers include xpat search
Alex? Please!!!

I read this thread and i love the new 3.6. Finally it is default sothat i do not have to manually enable the supress get headers function on some servers
Thanks for the 3.6 !!!

I added the check box 'ignore suppress headers for search groups' in properties->general and replaced the files, by default it is checked, but you can uncheck it to reverse to the 3.5 behaviour, so everyone will be happy.
