Search service monitor is now in place

I have added a kind of monitor which would notify me in the case a server computer failed, at least it should vastly reduce the probability of noticeable service outages.
when my connection is down, it won't notify me then, based on past hardware/connection failures it would cover all past cases, so I made it working in less intrusive way to avoid irritating false alarms.
