i've updated newsgroup list in bulk in addition to what was asked through the add newsgroup form. from now on i'll do the update on montly basis without further announcements along with the monthly database backup.

the volume change involved appears to be minor, below one percent, just with unpack feature development i didn't have enough time to pay attention to the newsgroup list update.
