disable not disconnecting server

I know it's not disconnecting because I can stop and restart UE
and the server will now tell me I'm out of credits for the day.
I have force authentication enabled also.

it doesn't open new connections, old connections (i don't remember UE closes them or not when keep alive is enabled, maybe well it does) would in any case expire after 15 minutes or so on the server side.
but ran out of credits means you consumed bandwidth, and when the server is disabled no tasks so no bandwidth would be consumed.
thus either someone is using your connection or they messed something with counting your bandwidth (e.g. overlapped the counter with some other user or don't start from zero), in both cases you better contact the server support to resolve that issue.
