is there a way to disable the attachements window by default?

In the older versions of newspro (3.62 and before I think but definately 3.5x and before) When you created a new mesage it came up with a blank window, and you clicked on the button in the corner to open the attachemtns section.

Now whenever I create a new mesage I get a split window, with text space on top and attachments window on the bottom.

Its not a major problem, but I was just wondering if there was a way to not get the attachments window by defailt since most of the mesages that I post do not have attachments on them.

the option is in windows menu->split for a new window, you checked it, then all what you need is just to uncheck it.

Well it wasn't quite the one that I was looking for, but it did lead me in the right direction.

Ended out that I needed to unclick the "exspand attachments box for a new window".

Gee I wonder how many hundres of more little (and big) options I don't know are burried in there somewhere.
