In the latest release log it shows the following new option is available:

2.6.1
- added option to stay minimized when opening an nzb file by doubleclicking

I searched through all the tabs in the properties(there's a LOT of customization in there), and didn't happen to see it.

all such import related options are in edit menu->properties->general->import/search.

more exactly when the stay minimized option is checked - if UE is minimized it will stay minimized, if it is not minimized - it won't draw the focus, but if, in addition, there is save attachments dialog - only the dialog will pop up anyway.

ahhh! There it is, right infront of my eyes. I think I even looked in that section but somehow didn't see the obvious "stay minimized" box haha.
