I have a newsgroup that I have intial filter on, its not a kill filter, that prevents messages of under 100 lines from showing. I removed that filter and wanted the newsgroup to show those messages it was filtering, how can I do this?

What I did do was remove the filter then by right clicking on the newsgroup told it to "reset", this caused all the message in the newsgroup to go away. How do I get them back?

to reset a filter you can use e.g. edit menu->reset filter (for the currently open newsgroup).

resetting the newsgroup means getting rid of all headers except for headers with bodies. if you reset a newsgroup you need to download the headers again.
