Is it possible to give the Task view the same position as the console view?

I want to see the Task view all time, but I keep replacing it all the time, because it is in front of the other views...

In the current configuration it would be resource consuming since the task manager runs in another thread, but I'm working on something that would make it possible.

The fastest way to open it now is Ctrl+T and to cloase - Esc.
