Licence eligibility

Hello,
I'm in trouble since yesterday with UE :
I've already a license which is over since a few days...i've bought a new one yesterday by paypal, received by email and put on the registration sheet tab with my name. The registration seems to be good, i can make a research but when i try to download, UE tell me that my licence eligibility period has ended...
I've send two mails to Alex, still no reply...
How can i fix my problem ?
