Getting new header and crashing

Hi,

Is there a way to "save" headers after doing a "Get new Header"?
The reason I ask is because I've been doing "Open and Get new Headers". This operation completes successfully. And suppose my pc crash afterwards (thru no fault of NewsPro, by my own doing). When I restart NewsPro, all the headers I got before the crash are gone, so I have a redo a get new header to get them again. Isn't there an option I can set so the header are "saved" after the get header operation?

Thanks,
P.

On the File menu, do a save database and restart.

When is it safe to invoke this function? ANy time?
Is it ok to do this while I'm downloading message bodies?

Thanks,

The download queue will resume where it was at after you save database and restart, also the same with optimize database accesses.

Lost power yesterday and pc shoutdown.
When I restatrted, all headers were gone again.
The "Save database and restart" is always greyed out for me.
Also did a "Optimize database access" before I crashed but that did not do squat! :(

Any other solution?

Save database and restart is available AFTER you get some new headers. You get headers first, either mark some for download or save database and restart second, and after restarting mark more for download. What I was saying about optimize database access, is that the download queue would resume after you do this.
