How to set an arbitrary download limit per server?

I've searched, and could not find an answer to this question, only about resetting download limits and counters etc.

What I'd like to do is set a download limit for each server..a limit imposed by myself not the provider. I use the EN global search quite a bit, even if I don't download from EN. The problem is, when your limit is exceeded for the month, they disable logins - and therefore you can't use their search until your next re-up.

I'd like to be able to tell Newspro to disable the server (or notify me) when my EN account when it reaches a certain GB limit per month (or day or whatever)..in this case 5.5GB. That way I can download without fear of going over the monthly limit and locking me out of the global search. Thanks for your response.

btw I use xpat a lot to search, but the global search is more useful for my needs in a lot of instances so no suggesting I use it instead please :)

the overall bandwidth is shown in the servers pane to the right of the server name. you can check it from time to time. there is free search at http://www.binaries.nl - they don't have problem with allowing free access; apparently easynews is excessively commercialized, at least they could give access to their registered users disregarding download limits.
