expand all threads and other

I have 3 questions about newspro,
1. how can I make that expand all threads is always on? and not only temporary on?
2.how can I jump (mark) to a header?
I can ban, extract and select but not jump+mark....
3.what happened in the moment when newspro is starting?
"Minimizing Disk Access" and other processes(I can't read). What is the meaning of that? And where to disable/able?
"database Backup" I found but the others not...
