Retrieve Bodies when retrieving headers?

Is it possible to retrieve all bodies when retrieving the headers? I couldn't seem to find the option anywhere or figure out how to write a filter to accomplish it.

I'm not near a computer with the program installed, but I'm pretty sure you can set up the Watch/Auto with a filter of "Messages are New" and have it download everything. I guess this is a text group?
