No access to newsgroup list whyis that??

I have no access to the newsgroup list at all. I keep getting errors in the task manger.
502 You do not have permission;
No route to host (10065);
502 You are not in my access file;
480 authenticion required command;
NewsPro - GetHostByName error (20002) and so on.
Am I not setting something up right for newspro. Can someone help please.
