HELP ANYONE??? SOmeone has to know how to???

How Do I get Enable auto support for partial msgs to stay on??? I check it under the partial tab and every time I open a new group it un checks and I have to recheck all the time?? Or I click in the button On The toolbar after i open a group and it combines all parts. Then I open a new group and the button needs to be clicked again?? How Do I get the button on the toolbar to stay on?? Is there something in Properties I`m Missing? before My HD died and I had to reload I had it set to bunch up all parts. I can`t figure what Im doing wrong. Thanks

Yes thats checked and everytime I open a new group I still have to push the button on the toolbar. Everytime I open a new group to read msgs The Button pops up.

Sorry that wasn't it, chefray. I'm baffled too, although it's probably something simple we're both overlooking (isn't it always?).
BTW, under Properties>Newsgroups, is the default value for Partial = "Yes"? Don't know if that's pertinent here, but it's the only other Partial setting I can think of.

Partial =No here. This has me nutz man. No mater what I do It keeps un checking and all the msgs are partial. Same thing with the Button on the toolbar. I push it in it works. Clicks on my next group to read the headers and bamm it pops back out again. I cant figure it out!!

Did that solve your problem on mine it says partial = yes . Under partial I have only one checked it is partial messages auto support for new windows . this seems to work on mine for partial headers support .

I tried everything man. When I open a new group, Bamm the auto Support button fro partial msgs Pops back out. Im baffled. I wish we could get some support when we pay for software

Only checked what u said and Voila!! Damm man I had others checked and it drove it wacky. Got it now thanks to u. Appreciate ur time man Thanks!!!!
