I don't understand it :

which server will be ask on the headerdownload first, the server with the priority for example (1) or the server with the priority for example (20).

no, the opposite, it is the same as with article priorities:

1 lowest -> 16 highest

for servers the number can be up to 254 or so, so roughly speaking server with priority 20 will be tried before a server with lower priority (1-19).

it could be all reversed but for example zero priority means nothing.

so it is not like the queue order, but rather who has a higher number has higher priority (like bank accounts or placing bids ).

probably i'll eventually replace numbers with words, just it depends on other things.

say, octanews priority 10 with strict checked, and the rest priority 5.
