Allow manual setting of bandwith counter for a server

It would be helpful if we could manually update the bandwith counter for a server. This would allow Newspro bandwith to be adjusted to actual amounts in order to agree to the service providers records (ie. easynews). It could be as easy as right-click on server to select "Update Bandwith" and then enter the amount in MB's.
