I'd like to be able to click a "sort" button and cause all the headers which have been downloaded to be grouped together at the top of the newsgroup or in some blatantly obvious way, made to stand out. Or better yet, an option like the "Pending Tasks" which is titled, "Downloaded" and of course, allows for all the normal saving features.
In very large groups, I tire of having to come back and scroll through thousands of headers looking for just the downloaded headers. I know a reset leaves just the downloaded, but, I don't want to have to reset the group when I may not be done searching it for potential downloads.
The full paged green icon just isn't sufficiently contrasting enough for my aging eyes.
Is there a simple way to do this which I've yet to discover? The column titles "Subject", "Author", "Date", and “Lines" can all be selected to sort by their title, how does the first little box sort? All I know is, it doesn't sort by downloaded.

What about applying a simple filter that selects those messages that are "with bodies"?

Prior to posting the question I looked through the filter settings; there is only a Messages\are\ "with bodies" option availible... not a "downloaded". This does narrow it down slightly, but try looking through a.b.multimedia when you haven't been there in a few weeks. My servers pull over 1.25 million headers at times. Thanks for the suggestion but this filter does not accomplish the task I require. None of the other filters suffice either. They do everything else though!
