Is there a guideline as to how to set the number of threads for download and headers?

I guess the basic idea is to have enough threads that only one is ever in the "Connecting" state. Right?

Edit menu->properties->tasks, headers.

Also pay attention to "relative chance to run".

But normally it should be "pending", or downloading headers, "connecting" should be only for a short time, unless there is an issue with provider.

If something still doesn't work give more details, there are few more settings that are less likely to play a role.
