Unknown Publisher Windows 11

Recently I started getting the popup message in my Windows 11 computer and UE still works after I click the ok button. Does UE have a "publisher" that I can load into my Windows machine. Also how to go about it please.

Does it happen when installing a new version or every time you run it?
On the laptop I'm using right now (not for programming, but I run a custom version of UE on it) no such warnings:

Thanks for the link Alex, I had adjusted the security settings in Windows 11 to a minimum level and let my Norton antivirus take care of things and now no more message boxes. Thanks for the info, appreciate the help.
