I am wondering if it is possible to create an option for executing a program on exit. For instance running another program for automatically verifying and extracting the files I have downloaded.
This is the program I want to execute on Newspro exit : http://www.xs4all.nl/~bcoppens . Maybe some other users will like this program too

However, don't see why it should be started after shutting down NewsPro?
You can use it to monitor your download.
It will automatically sense when download is comlepte (as far as I can see)

Yes, you are right, but that is since the latest version.
And yes what can be done is now quit news pro and shutdown when DLDone is done.
So my problem is solved
