Hi there,

is there any way I can get Newspro to download the most recent headers first?

I generally use NZB's to manage my downloads but occasionally I need to manually pull files from specific groups. If I use the "last headers per server" option NewsPro does grab the most recent headers first, but the maximum it will retreive using this option is 3000, often this isn't enough to get the article I need, so I have to do a full header header download which starts with the oldest first.

I think I know what you mean.

right click on the newsgroup and chose newsgroup properties.

then at "last header per server" you see "default". You can also chose from fixed numbers like 500, 3000, and so on.
But you can also type in the number you want, like 100000.
