Search failed (6) License eligibility period has expired?

Post by tomhock »

My license renewed about two weeks ago, but the search server is telling me I'm out of bounds.

It should work now.

I switched temporariliy to old computers because of new server relocation, they were out of sync.

I didn't plan to use them, just on another new server motherboard and maybe more was fried when attempting to upgrade CPU.

My license renewed last month, but now I get this message: Search failed (12) Your license eligibility period has ended. Purchasing a new license is needed to regain search service access.

Check now, I've just engaged the second new server, it was down for a month for parts replacement, I now resynchronized all servers manually.

Thanks for notifying me fast.
