NewsPro's tray icon was always called "NewsPro", this was convenient because then I could mark it to be always visible...
I know some people probably like the bandwidth usage display the icon names itself but this makes marking it as always visible problematic at best.
Please consider adding an option to have the tray icon name unchanging so that it can be set to always visible.

i didn't understand first what you mean until i looked at the windows options.
you ask mainly because the windows differentiates icon status based on the icon tooltip, but if to follow the common sense then an informative tooltip is better than a static name.
maybe you could uncheck 'hide inactive icons' (actually i had it unchecked here).

Hmm.... That's a possibility I hadn't considered....
Turn off automatic hiding of inactive icons and simply mark the ones I don't want to see as always hidden...
