is there any way to save a widow view for a ng or default to a different view. for example, i would like to have the image viewer up for certain groups.

i don't understand what you mean.

article view?

in addition to the shared article view in the task manager, you can split the newsgroup view to get its own article view.

if you doubleclick the entry it will also show the article in a separate view.

if you doubleclick an image it will show the image in the default external viewer.

i want to save the split ng view so i can see the articles. is there a way to save this option?

i added it like in newspro window menu -> split new header window, but it is like for all newly opened newsgroup views.
