[req] allow unrestricted bandwidth during specified time

I would like a schedule capability in regards to Bandwidth limits. Simply being able to set a start and stop time for unrestricted bandwidth would be great.

I find that I normally limit my bandwidth to 80KB/sec. However, during the hours of 1am to 6am I can be unrestricted and saturate my connection. I am using my office DSL connection, so I have to restrict it during business hours.

you can use scheduler; while the scheduler is active it has its own bandwidth (defined in properties->scheduler, bandwidth).

you can use the set button to propagate the focused item time interval(s) to all selected items in one click (as I recall 3 months ahead).
