Launching JPG (instead viewing online)

Hello,
I'm a new user. I'm wondering if there is a way to configure
NewsPro to launch all attachements (including JPGs) using the
external program associated with this file type.

you just doubleclick the file icon or the image, then the default application will be launched (you can also use 'open with' from the context menu).
