[req] allow unrestricted bandwidth during specified time
I would like a schedule capability in regards to Bandwidth limits. Simply being able to set a start and stop time for unrestricted bandwidth would be great. I find that I normally limit my bandwidth to 80KB/sec. However, during the hours of 1am to 6am I can be unrestricted and saturate my connection...
